Mgr. Ing. Josef Hejda

Josef is an attorney-at-law registered by the Czech Bar Association under no. 16 498. Since 2011, when he completed his studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles’ University in Prague and at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the University of Economics in Prague, Josef co-operates with our law firm Láník and partners.

In his professional career, Josef Hejda gained experience in many areas of law, in particular in the law of obligations, mergers and acquisitions law, financial law, public procurement law, company law and in the area of enforcement of judgements and execution proceedings.
