Mgr. Martin Láník

Attorney-at-law since 1999, registered at CBA under No. 1775, with a previous experience from a prominent investment company, where he was acting as an in-house lawyer and later became a member of the company’s board of directors. Since 1996 he was acting as a member of boards of directors as well as supervisory boards in a number of prominent Czech financial, industrial and business companies.  

As an attorney-at-law, Martin Láník has many years of experience in all areas of law and was dealing with a variety of business transactions and projects with a value of milliards CZK, some of which included international elements. Martin Láník concerns himself primarily with civil law with a special focus on right of privacy, personal data protection and copyright, commercial law, particularly business contractual relationships and counselling in the field of corporate law, he also deals with financial law.
