Mgr. Martin Koranda

Martin Koranda joined our law firm as a junior lawyer in January 2016, once he had completed his studies at the Charles’ University Faculty of Law. At the law school, he focused on civil law, commercial law, financial law and real estate law.

During the studies, he worked in another Prague-based law firm with similar focus, and then in the legal department of the bank, where he gained valuable experience in banking business, financial law and law of business corporations.

Within our law firm, Martin focuses mainly on civil law, specializing on the law of obligations, corporate law and litigation.

• Martin speaks English and has passive knowledge of German.
